Fill in the following details

*Order Number: can be created by using the invoice number or the date

Carrier: Carrier is not required. The wholesale order will default to CGF-PKUP. Once the carrier schedules the pickup through OpenDock our team will adjust the order to add the carrier details for the BOL.

Shipping Site: If you ship out of multiple warehouses it is required to select which warehouse this order needs to ship from otherwise it will default to your main warehouse.

*Requested Shipping Date: The date the order will be picked up. We recognize that you may not know when the consignee will arrange freight, if you do not know simply put the next available date on the order.

*PO Number: Some locations will require a PO number, please add that here.

*Add Items: add the skus/quantities. See next slide for more details

Select either each or case to identify the quantity you would like to bring over
Use the Bulk Add Items feature to add multiple items on one order - please identify the quantity as case UOM prior to adding items.
Use the filter to isolate specific inventory statuses or warehouses

Once everything has been added click Next to continue to the Special Handling
