Fill in the following details:

*Order Number: Enter a unique order number. You can use your invoice number or a date-based format.

Site: If you operate from multiple warehouses, select the warehouse this inventory will ship from. If no selection is made, the order will default to your primary warehouse.

Loading Requirements:

Dock Level: Choose this option if the order will be loaded onto a large cargo truck that requires a dock door for loading.
Ground Level: Choose this option if the order will be picked up by a car, pickup truck, sprinter van, or other vehicle that does not require a dock door.

*Requested Delivery Date: Enter the date you would like the inventory delivered.

*PO / External Reference: Some receiving locations require a PO number. Enter it here if applicable.

*Add Items: Add the SKUs and quantities for the delivery.

Select Each or Case to identify the quantity unit.
Use Bulk Add Items to add multiple SKUs at once. Confirm the correct UOM (Each or Case) before adding items.
Use filters to narrow inventory by status or warehouse, if needed.

Once all required information is complete, click Next to continue to recipient information.
