Uses your Wineshipping Account Number.
This should not be changed once configured.

Location

Controls warehouse mapping based on Shopify Locations.

Requirements:

A Wineshipping location must be created in Shopify.
All items must be assigned to that location.
Any new SKU must also be assigned to the Wineshipping location.

If not configured correctly, orders will not transmit.

Default

Used when required order fields are missing.

You may define defaults for:

Batch ID (helps identify defaulted orders)
Order Channel
Carrier
Carrier Service
Include Ice Pack

Batch Order

Controls how frequently orders transmit to ACP.

Options:

15, 30, or 60 minutes
Time gap: 15, 30, 45 minutes, or 24 hours

Also controls tracking sync for orders that:

Did not import through integration
Were manually created
Were imported into Premium Tracking

Best Practice:

15/15 for standard stores
30/30 for complex stores with additional apps

Tag for Transmitting Orders

Only orders containing the exact configured tag will transmit into ACP.

Tag must match:

Spelling
Spacing
Capitalization

Do not use placeholder tags (e.g., “Test”) in live environments.

Wineshipping Environment

Production should be enabled.
Contact Wineshipping if testing access is required.

Inventory Sync

Options:

Manual Sync
Automatic Daily or Weekly Sync

You may configure:

Day
Time

Best Practice:

Weekly sync during off hours (e.g., 3:00 AM)

On-Hand Values for Inventory Sync

Syncs ACP on-hand inventory only.

Does NOT account for:

Future reservations
Virtual reservations
Orders not yet processed

Tags SKU Mapping Rules

Maps Shopify tags to specific SKUs in ACP.

Use cases:

Adding collateral
Triggering Action Center holds
Fraud alerts
Specifying special packaging

SKU to Warehouse Mapping

Maps specific SKUs to specific Wineshipping warehouses.

Overrides location mapping if conflicting.
Used when Shopify location settings cannot support your model.

Tags to Order Type Mapping

Maps Shopify tags to ACP order types.

Example use case:

Identifying Passthrough, DTT, or specialty order types.

Tags to Warehouse Mapping

Uses Shopify order tags to determine warehouse assignment.

Overrides location settings if contradictory.

Retransmit a Changed Order to Wineshipping

If enabled:

Order edits in Shopify update the existing ACP order.
Order must be in an editable state:
- Action Center
- Open Orders

Does NOT update orders already processed in WMS.

Send All SKUs to Wineshipping

If enabled:

All SKUs transmit.
Unknown SKUs will trigger exceptions.

If disabled:

Unknown SKUs can be excluded.

Required for:

Multi-fulfillment house businesses.

Note:

Tracking will sync back only for Wineshipping-associated SKUs when Split Fulfillment is enabled.

Order Gift Note

Controls whether Shopify gift notes:

Translate into ACP
Print for inclusion in package

Enable if your brand includes printed gift messages.

Widgets

Shopify-specific widgets that communicate order status.

Best Practice:

Disable widgets.
Use Premium Tracking for status updates.

Pickup Location

Enable this setting if you need to send a carrier pickup location via notes.

Notify Customer via Email on Fulfillment

Enable if using Shopify notifications.

If disabled:

Customer receives:
- Order confirmation
- Premium Tracking shipping notifications only

Tag to RSD Feature

Allows Shopify tags to define Requested Ship Date.

Tag format:
RSD:MM/DD/YYYY

Metafields

Map Shopify metafields to ACP fields.

Split Fulfillment

Enable if:

Orders are fulfilled from multiple fulfillment houses.

Ensures:

Wineshipping sends tracking only for SKUs it fulfills.

Enable if Shopify B2B functionality is active.

Shipping Carrier Mapping Rules

Maps Shopify shipping methods to specific carrier services.

Example:

“Free Ground Shipping” → UPS-GRND

Tag to Carrier and Carrier Service Mapping Rules

Use a tag on the order to identify a specific carrier service.

Example:

"FEDEXGRND" → FEX-GRND

Via.Delivery Implementation

To properly allow the pickup location to pass from Via.Delivery this setting will need to be enabled

Payment Status Options Configured

Define which payment statuses generate orders.

Prevents:

Unpaid or pending orders from transmitting unintentionally.
