Add an Order Note

This is a new function that allows you to add an internal note to a specific order.

Think of an Order Note as a post-it on the order. You can write information you may want to keep track of for a specific order, here are some real examples:

• Updated Zip Code per the client request (made by WS CSR)

• Hold until Client informs they are back in AZ

• order should have been cancelled per customer's request. My mistake. RTS submitted 9/18/24.

• HOLD FOR ADD ON
