Fulfillment Hold
When enabled, this feature allows you to import orders into the system and place them on hold, providing additional time to make necessary edits or manage the order flow into our backend warehouse management system.
There are two types of fulfillment holds:
File Import Holds – Applied to orders imported via the Order Import page.
API and Manual Creation Holds – Applied to orders created through API or manual entry.
Fulfillment holds for API and manual orders can be configured in the Rule Center, either as a permanent or temporary hold, based on specific order data criteria.
