Fulfillment Hold
Fulfillment holds is a new feature to Wineshipping as of 2022. If enabled, this allows you to import your orders into the system and be placed on a hold to allow you more time to edit the order as necessary or control the order flow into our backend D365 WMS (Warehouse Management System).
There are two types of fulfillment holds, holds on file import orders (managed on the Order Import page) or holds on all other order creation types (API or manual creation).
