Labels, Carriers & Shipping

New JIT Label Status column

  • A new JIT Label Status column has been added so you can quickly see whether a Just‑In‑Time label has been printed.

  • This makes monitoring and managing JIT shipments more straightforward.

Sidekick carrier support

  • A new carrier, Sidekick, is now supported, along with its carrier services.

  • You can configure and use Sidekick in your shipping workflows where applicable.

Inventory & Bundles

Clearer bundle availability display

  • For bundles that contain only “general” or not‑yet‑published items, the “Available Amount” column now shows a dash (-) instead of 0.

  • This avoids confusion between “no inventory” and “availability can’t be calculated yet.”

More reliable bundle grouping

  • We’ve strengthened how bundles are grouped and processed so item “Groups” are preserved correctly through downstream operations.

  • This reduces unexpected grouping changes and the need for manual clean‑up.

Accurate kit/pack quantities on closed POs

  • Fixed an issue where kit/pack items on closed purchase orders sometimes showed a quantity of 1 even when more units were ordered.

  • The UI now consistently reflects the actual ordered quantity for all kit/pack configurations.

Internal Transfers (Inventory Movements)

Modernized Internal Transfers flows
We’ve refreshed the Internal Transfers experience to make it more consistent and easier to use:

  • Creation – The creation flow now aligns with the Incoming Requests pattern, with clearer steps and required fields.

  • Editing – Editing Internal Transfers now follows the same, modernized pattern as other inventory movement screens, making corrections more intuitive.

  • Viewing & exceptions – Failed transfer orders are now clearly surfaced in the Internal Transfers UI and action center, improving visibility and making exception resolution easier.

Orders & Status Visibility

More accurate order status in responses

  • Fixed a problem where certain orders (e.g., on weather hold, fulfillment hold, or requiring action) could be reported simply as “Received” in system responses.

  • Responses now reflect the real status, such as Weather Hold, Fulfillment Hold, or Exception/Needs Action, along with an explanatory message.

  • This improves clarity for any integrated systems or processes that rely on these statuses.

Tasting Fee behavior after order merge

  • Resolved an issue where Tasting Fee items could become invalid or “broken” after orders were merged.

  • Tasting Fee items now retain their correct behavior and details in merged orders.

Premium Gift Card available to all accounts

  • Premium Gift Card capabilities are now available to all accounts, simplifying setup and configuration.

Bug Fixes

Item Status Corrections

  • Newly created inventory items now correctly display as "Active" with a "Pending" physical inventory status, and column headers are consistent with exported file headers.

  • Fixed an issue where orders could get stuck in "Publishing" status when they included a newly created item.

  • Item autocomplete no longer shows inactive or duplicate items after retirement or during sync.

Actual Ship Date Now Displays Correctly
The Actual Ship Date column on the Order History grid now correctly shows the date for all shipped orders, matching what is displayed on the Order Details page.

Order Form Fixes

  • The "Copy from Recipient Information" button in Billing Information now reliably overwrites fields on every click and clears validation errors after copying.

  • Date validation errors are now properly shown for the "Change Requested Ship Date" batch action.

  • Special Handling and Transportation views for Wholesale orders now use the correct colors and spacing per the latest design.

Layout & Spacing Fixes

  • Consistent 24 px padding applied across all Order and Item detail blocks.

  • Corrected breakpoint behavior on the "Choose the Order Type" and "Report Library" pages so layouts render properly at 1024 px.

  • Updated icon and button sizes for delete actions, pickup location popups, and claims modals to match design specs.

  • Delete button in Carrier Mapping now highlights on hover as expected.
