  • When ACP places an order on Weather Hold, a smart placeholder shipment is created in Premium Tracking.

  • Customers see a tracking page with the status “Info Received – Weather Hold”, along with a clear message that their order is safely waiting out extreme temperatures.

  • Communications can include options to:
    ✅ Wait for safer shipping conditions
    ✅ Upgrade to temperature-controlled shipping
    ✅ Approve shipping anyway
    ✅ And more! Your imagination is the limitation.

  • Your customer can reach out via email or phone to coordinate any changes offered, if applicable

    • Bonus! If you have a verified email used in Premium Tracking then your customer can simply reply to the notification.

  • Once the order is released for packing, the placeholder disappears and the real shipment takes its place — keeping everything neat and confusion-free.
