Notice of Annual Bonded Inventory & Temporary Shipping Hold

In compliance with federal regulations set forth by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) under 27 CFR 24.313, Wineshipping will be conducting its Annual Physical Inventory of all bonded inventory during the following periods:

All movements of wine in bond, including shipping, receiving, and internal transfers must be frozen during the inventory count. This temporary operational hold is necessary to ensure complete and accurate reconciliation of bonded inventory and regulatory compliance. 

What to Expect: 

  • Bonded Inventory Freeze: No inbound or outbound bonded shipments will be processed during the count window. 

  • Dry Goods and Shipments of Product Not in Bond: These will not be impacted and will continue as usual unless otherwise communicated. 

  • Resumption of Operations: Bonded inventory activity will resume immediately upon completion and validation of the count.
