Claim Eligible Orders Report
This guide explains how to create two Premium Tracking reports to identify packages that may be eligible for carrier claims.
Claims can be filed within ACP for lost or damaged shipments.
Insurance Coverage Overview
Standard carrier insurance coverage:
$100 per package
If package value is less than $100, approved claims pay actual value
If package value exceeds $100, payout is capped at $100 unless additional insurance was applied before label generation
Additional insurance must be added prior to carrier label creation.
Access Premium Tracking
Premium Tracking can be accessed under the Shipments tile:

Click Shipments
Select Shipment History
Click Premium Tracking
Option 2
Click Shipments
Select Tracking Events
Both provide access to filtering and saved views.
