Commerce7 App Settings Reference

The Commerce7 App Settings Reference explains the purpose, behavior, and recommended use of each setting available within the Wineshipping Commerce7 integration.

Use this guide to understand how individual settings affect Order Import, Inventory Sync, tracking updates, and specialized fulfillment workflows. Each section outlines what the setting does, when it may be appropriate to use, and any important requirements or limitations to consider before enabling it.

Not every setting is required for every implementation. Some settings support common workflows, while others are intended for specialized or uncommon business needs. Review each setting based on your operational requirements and integration design.

Navigating the Commerce7 App

The Wineshipping Commerce7 App is organized into three tabs that help you configure the integration and monitor synchronization activity.

Settings

The Settings tab contains all configuration options for the Commerce7 integration. Settings are organized into three sections based on how commonly they are used.

  • Setup: Configure the core connection between Commerce7 and ACP. These settings establish the foundation of the integration and should be reviewed during implementation.

  • Common Configuration: Recommended settings used by most clients to automate order processing, improve operational efficiency, and support common Commerce7 workflows.

  • Custom & Edge Case Settings: Optional settings designed for unique business requirements, specialized fulfillment workflows, or advanced integration scenarios. Most implementations will only use a small subset of these settings.

Order Logs

The Order Logs tab provides a history of order activity processed by the Wineshipping Commerce7 App. Use this tab to verify that orders have been successfully synchronized between Commerce7 and ACP.

For each order, you can view when it was:

  • Created in ACP

  • Updated in ACP

  • Fulfilled with tracking information

Order Logs are useful for troubleshooting order synchronization and confirming the status of transmitted orders.

Inventory Logs

The Inventory Logs tab records each inventory synchronization performed by the Wineshipping Commerce7 App.

Each log identifies:

  • When the inventory synchronization occurred

  • How many SKUs were updated during the synchronization

Inventory Logs help verify that inventory updates are running successfully and provide visibility into each synchronization event.
