Welcome to the Commerce7 Implementation Guide

The Wineshipping Commerce7 App automates order fulfillment by connecting Commerce7 and ACP. Depending on your business needs, the app can import orders into ACP, synchronize inventory between systems, post tracking and fulfillment updates back to Commerce7, or perform any combination of these functions.

Each feature operates independently, allowing you to implement only the functionality that supports your workflow. Whether you need inventory synchronization, tracking updates, automated order import, or all three, the integration can be configured to meet your operational requirements.

This guide will help you identify the implementation path that best fits your business and walk you through the recommended settings for your chosen configuration.

Before You Begin

Before configuring the Wineshipping Commerce7 App, determine which implementation best matches your fulfillment workflow.

The implementation paths in this guide are based on the functionality you want the integration to perform—not every winery requires every feature. Some settings are optional and support specialized business processes. For detailed information about every available setting, refer to the Settings Reference Guide.

Choose the implementation that best fits your business:

  • Inventory & Tracking – Synchronize inventory between ACP and Commerce7 and post tracking and fulfillment updates back to Commerce7. Orders are created in ACP through another integration or workflow.

  • Order Import, Inventory & Tracking – Import eligible Commerce7 orders into ACP while also synchronizing inventory and posting tracking and fulfillment updates back to Commerce7.

Once you've selected your implementation type, you'll be guided through the recommended settings for your chosen workflow.

Already using ShipCompliant or VinoCheck? No problem. The Wineshipping Commerce7 App works alongside Commerce7's supported compliance providers, so compliance should not prevent you from implementing the integration.
