Tags SKU Mapping Rules: Order Import - Add tags to an order in C7 to translate to a sku in the Wineshipping system.

Great setting to include collateral that is often changed, hold orders in the action center if needed, fraud alert, specify special packaging material, etc.

SKU to Warehouse Mapping: Order Import - Add a sku to an order in C7 to translate to a specific warehouse in the Wineshipping system.

If the location settings are not able to be utilized then sku to warehouse mapping is possible. This will override the location settings if it contradicts.

Retransmit a changed order to Wineshipping: Order Import - If the order was edited or exchanged then the new order will come through to update the existing order in ACP, it must be in an editable state for the change to be processed correctly (i.e. in Action Center or Open Orders)

Send All SKUs to Wineshipping: Order Import - If you do not have an item set up in the WS system this order will fall into exception or you can exclude unknown items from transmitting.

Tag to RSD feature: Order Import - Add tags to an order in C7 to translate to an RSD in the Wineshipping system.

Tag format: RSD:MM/DD/YYYY

Order Gift Note: Order Import - Enable or Disable if the gift note added in C7 will translate to the order in WS system and print to be included in the order.

If your business utilizes gift messages being printed out and included in the package please enable.

Notify customer via email on fulfillment: This setting will need to be enabled if the Commerce7 notifications are utilized, if they are not, it can be disabled. If disabled the only notification the recipient will receive is the confirmation the order was created and the shipping notifications from Premium Tracking.

Shipping Carrier Mapping Rules: Order Import - Specialty shipping carriers created in C7 can now be mapped to a specific carrier type. (i.e. Free Ground Shipping maps to UPS-GRND)
