Create a Direct-to-Trade Order

This guide explains how to create and submit a Direct-to-Trade (DTT) order in the Awesome Client Portal (ACP) for delivery through Sidekick.

Use Direct-to-Trade when shipping to licensed retailers, restaurants, distributors, and other trade accounts.

Delivery Scheduling

Available delivery dates appear in ACP based on the trade account’s ZIP code. Select an available date when creating your order.

Follow the steps below to enter order details, select your trade account, add items and quantities, and submit your order.
