Create a DTC Order

This guide explains how to create a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) order in the Awesome Client Portal (ACP) using the Create Order flow.

You can use this process to create Retail and Club orders

Use Create Order when:

• An order was not imported automatically

• You need to replace or reissue an order

• You are entering a manual shipment

• You need to correct an order that cannot be edited

Follow the steps below to enter customer information, shipping details, items, quantities, and requested ship date, then submit the order for fulfillment.
