Create a DTT Order

This guide explains how to create a Direct-to-Trade (DTT) order in the Awesome Client Portal (ACP) using the Create Order flow.

Use Direct-to-Trade when shipping to:

• Licensed retailers

• Restaurants

• Distributors

• Other trade accounts

DTT Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Orders submitted by 10:00 AM (Monday–Thursday) are sent the same day.

• Delivery to recipients is next business day.

• Orders submitted on Friday are sent on Monday.

Follow the steps below to enter account details, shipping information, items, quantities, and requested ship date, then submit the order for fulfillment.
