Create a Shortpick or Mispick Report
Shortpick and Mispick reports can only be processed on an order that is marked delivered in ACP.
Shortpick - The recipient received less bottles than what was ordered
Example: 3 bottles of Prairie Dog Chardonnay instead of 5 bottles of Prairie Dog Chardonnay
Mispick - The recipient received the wrong wine
Example: 1 bottle of Prairie Dog Chardonnay instead of 1 bottle of Shooting Stars Sauvignon Blanc
