Create a Mispick or Shortpick Report

Mispick and Shortpick reports can only be processed on an order that is marked delivered in ACP.

Mispick - The recipient received the wrong wine

  • Example: 1 bottle of Prairie Dog Chardonnay instead of 1 bottle of Shooting Stars Sauvignon Blanc

Shortpick - The recipient received less bottles than what was ordered

  • Example: 3 bottles of Prairie Dog Chardonnay instead of 5 bottles of Prairie Dog Chardonnay
