Custom Branded Tracking Page

A Custom Branded Tracking Page provides a branded post-shipment experience for recipients.

It allows you to:

  • Match your website branding

  • Add marketing content

  • Enable optional recipient actions

  • Customize status messaging

This page is powered by ACP Premium Tracking (AfterShip).


Access the Tracking Page Editor

  1. Navigate to Shipments in ACP

  2. Select Shipment History

  3. Click Premium Tracking

  4. Open Tracking Pages under Tracking pages section

  5. Select the default page or create a new variation

You may customize the default page or create a new page for specific audiences (e.g., Club vs Daily orders).
