🖤 Silhouette Release – ACP Notes

The Silhouette Release sharpens the outline of how orders are built, ruled, and packed in ACP. This update adds deeper Rule Center flexibility, introduces a new way to manage gifting bundles with special handling, and includes several fixes to smooth out edge cases.
Here’s what’s new:
⚙️ Rule Center – Unit of Measure (UoM) Condition
You can now create rules based on the Unit of Measure (UoM) used in an order.
This is especially useful when you need to add packaging materials or apply logic depending on how items are sold or packaged.
Note: Filtering rules based on ice packs on the order is not currently supported.
✅ Why it matters: Adds another layer of precision to your automation, helping ensure the right materials and actions are applied without manual review.
🔢 Rule Center – Order Number Condition
Rules can now be created using order number details.
This is ideal for scenarios like corporate gifting, branded campaigns, or special order numbering schemes that require custom handling.
✅ Why it matters: Gives you more flexibility to tailor automation for unique business cases without creating one-off manual processes.
🎁 Physical Bundles
ACP now supports Physical Bundles — bundles that require special handling or additional services during packing.
This builds on the previously released Virtual Bundles, which do not require special handling.

Bottle of wine in a gift box with ornament and ribbon
Physical Bundle Packing Options:
Optional Assembly Required
Items need gift-boxing, wrapping, or similar handling
Optional Ship in as Few Containers as Possible
Attempts to pack with other order items (may increase pack times)
✅ Why it matters: Gives you a structured, reliable way to manage gifting and special packaging — without relying on notes, workarounds, or manual exceptions.
🐞 Bug Fixes & Small Updates
Small Update:
📝 Clearer Tooltips – Improved tooltips in Order History for better clarity.
Bug Fixes:
🧾 JIT Inventory – JIT orders no longer appear on the Reserved Inventory list.
🚫 Warehouse Exceptions – Warehouse exceptions no longer appear when re-applying order rules.
✅ Why it matters: These fixes reduce confusion, prevent false flags, and make order adjustments more predictable and reliable.
