DTC Permits

You now have the ability to add your state DtC permit information, including effective dates, directly into ACP. This allows better collaboration with our team, preventing hold-ups.

Wineshipping will require license's to the below states for us to ship:

• AL - Shipping to an ABC store is approved if there isn't a permit

• IL ** New **

• NH

• ND

• OH ** New **

• TN

• KS

• ME and WI effective March 4th 2025

If an order is uploaded to those states without a permit it will land in Needs Action in the Action Center with a permit exception.
