Edit a Large Group of Orders Using Batch Edit
This guide explains how to edit a large group of orders using the Batch Edit function in ACP.
Batch Edit allows you to export orders in 205 format, update them in Excel, and re-upload the file to apply changes.
This method can be used for 1 to 5,000+ orders.
Before You Begin
Orders must be editable to use Batch Edit.
Orders must be in one of the following statuses:
Needs Action
Fulfillment Hold
Weather Hold
Received – Queued Publishing
Received – Published
Orders in active warehouse processing or shipped statuses cannot be batch edited.
