After selecting the orders, a popup action bar will appear at the bottom of the page.

Click the desired edit option.

Fulfill Orders

Put on Fulfillment Hold

Place selected orders (in Weather Hold, Received – Queued Publishing, or Received – Published) onto Fulfillment Hold.

Put on Weather Hold

Place selected orders (in Fulfillment Hold, Received – Queued Publishing, or Received – Published) onto Weather Hold.

Cancel Orders

Click the three dots on the far right of the popup bar to access additional options.

Authorize Shipping

Merge Orders

Resubmit All

Warehouse Flip

Change Carrier Type and Service

Change Requested Ship Date

Generate JIT Inventory Barcode

Convert the order to a Just in Time (JIT) order and generate the barcode label required for handoff to Wineshipping.

Change Packing Type (JIT Channel Only)

Switch between:
- Pre-Pack (winery packs the order)
- Full-Service (Wineshipping packs the order)

Change Transport Method (JIT Channel Only)

Add/Remove Additional Insurance

Add/Remove Ice Pack

Add Order Note

Add the same internal note to multiple orders.
