Helpful when: client creates two orders but would like them to ship in one box

Item Editor: Add, Remove, or Swap items in an order; please see the Item Editor guide for additional assistance on how to use this feature

Helpful when: add collateral, remove unwanted items, swap to reserve, or swap to new vintage

Fulfill Orders: Bulk fulfill orders manually; Only available in Action Center

Helpful when: Fulfillment hold settings are enabled and are on indefinite hold.

Hold Orders: Place the order on Fulfillment Hold in the Action Center

Helpful when: Recipient reaches out for last minute edits, need to extend editing window, an issue with the order, prevent accidental shipping

Cancel Orders: Bulk cancel orders

Additional Editing Options located in the 3 dots to the far right

Resubmit All: Resubmit exact order information to validate, clear orders, or add holds

Helpful when: adding a weather hold on the state, revalidate orders, reserve inventory, clear resolved exceptions (added permit), etc.

Warehouse Flip: Flip orders to ship from a different warehouse

Helpful when: to reserve inventory, manage extreme weather, shorter time in transit

Change Carrier Type and Service: Bulk change carrier and service on orders

Helpful when: a specific carrier is experiencing delays, incorrect carriers were originally selected, and more

Change Requested Ship Date: Bulk change RSD

Helpful when: to delay a group of orders from shipping, manage shipping expectation around delays, incorrect original RSD

Split Order: Split a single order into multiple orders; Only available for one order at a time

Helpful when: one warehouse has the available inventory, to separate items being shipped, ship to separate locations, and more

Add/Remove Insurance: Add or remove additional carrier insurance on orders

Add/Remove Ice Pack: Add or remove ice packs from orders

Helpful when: weather changes

Add Order Note: Bulk add the same note on multiple orders; this is not to replace special instructions. Strictly used to make a "post-it" note on each order for future reference.

Helpful when: a note is needed on a group of orders for future reference, contact recipient about weather hold/delays, confirm recipient has agreed to receiving a different bottle, communication details between WS or Recipient
