Enabling RedChirp Tracking Text Messages
This guide explains how to enable automated tracking text messages after your RedChirp integration with Wineshipping Premium Tracking has been completed.
This guide assumes:
Your RedChirp account is active.
Wineshipping integration has been connected via webhook.

Enable Tracking Messages
Log into your RedChirp account.
Navigate to your automated message settings.
Select the Wineshipping tracking events you wish to activate.
Configure your message content.
Save and enable the automation.
Tracking messages will begin sending once:
A qualifying Premium Tracking event occurs.
The corresponding automation is active in RedChirp.
