Send Mode: All new message types are set to Manual mode. In Manual mode, messages will be prepared when RedChirp observes Events from Wineshipping that align with your message type, but they will not be sent without your involvement. Manual mode provides a helpful review period so you can confirm messages are being prepared according to your expectations.

Once you’ve confirmed you’re happy with the messages, you can change the Send Mode to Automatic where messages will be prepared and sent without your involvement.

Send From: Select the phone number that will be used to send these messages to your customers.

Message Patterns: Every message type will have default content. You can use the red pencil to the right of this section to make any edits. Please note, there may be multiple message patterns so if you do make changes, be sure to update all message patterns.

Send During Hours: Every message type will have pre-set hours during which messages can be sent. These hours prevent messages from going to your customers too early or too late in the day. Action is not necessary here, but you can make changes if you’d like.
