Exception Definitions - Needs Action

Orders in Action Center with a status of Needs Action contain one or more exceptions that must be reviewed before the order can proceed.

Not all exceptions have the same impact. Some block fulfillment, while others are informational warnings.

Orders in Needs Action will not ship until all blocking exceptions are resolved.
