Exporting Your Unsubscribed List

Customers may accidentally unsubscribe from important shipping notifications while attempting to reduce email volume.

When a customer unsubscribes from Premium Tracking notifications:

  • They will not receive updates for their current shipment.

  • They will not receive notifications for future shipments.

  • Risk of missed deliveries and return shipments increases.

Exporting your unsubscribed list allows you to review impacted customers and request resubscription if appropriate.
