Customers may accidentally unsubscribe from important shipping notifications while attempting to reduce email volume.
When a customer unsubscribes from Premium Tracking notifications:
They will not receive updates for their current shipment.
They will not receive notifications for future shipments.
Risk of missed deliveries and return shipments increases.
Exporting your unsubscribed list allows you to review impacted customers and request resubscription if appropriate.
