State: The state the permit is registered in

Special Compliance Handling: If there are special rules around this state you can select in the drop down.

Third Party Compliance - Orders submitted for shipment to this state utilize a third-party compliance solution provider. Client authorizes Wineshipping to share order/shipment information and update permit/license number and expiration dates as needed. Client will update Special Compliance Handling instruction to “None” and add permit/license number, if/when the third-party compliance solution is no longer required/utilized.
No Ship State - Client Authorization Required - Orders submitted for shipment to this state will be placed on a compliance hold in Action Center and will require manual client release, modification, or cancellation until a valid license or alternative compliance solution is provided.
None (Default Selection) - This is the default selection for all clients. If no license is required for this state or you have provided a license to compliantly ship into this state, then this is the appropriate selection.

Permit Number: Number on the permit for that state

Renewal Date: Expiration date stated on the permit

Submitted: The user that added or edited the permit

Last Updated: Date when the permit was added or edited by the user

Add Permit/Edit: If the state does not have a permit the Add Permit button will be visible. If a permit has previously been added then the edit pencil will be visible.
