Find Your Shopify Store Domain
This guide explains how to locate your Shopify store's .myshopify.com domain.
Wineshipping may request this domain when setting up or troubleshooting your Shopify integration.
Find Your Shopify Domain in Settings
Log in to your Shopify Admin.
Click Settings in the bottom-left corner.
Select Domains.
Locate the domain ending in
.myshopify.com.It will look similar to:
yourstore.myshopify.com
Your .myshopify.com domain will appear separately from any custom domain connected to your store.
Important: If your store uses a custom domain, such as
www.yourwinery.com, that may be the domain customers see when visiting your website. For integration purposes, Wineshipping needs the Shopify.myshopify.comdomain instead.
Find Your Shopify Domain from the Admin URL
You can also identify your Shopify domain from the browser address bar while logged in to Shopify.
Your Shopify Admin URL will look similar to:
admin.shopify.com/store/yourstore
The value after /store/ corresponds to your Shopify store identifier.
For example:
Shopify Admin URL:admin.shopify.com/store/example-winery
Shopify domain:example-winery.myshopify.com
Why Wineshipping Needs This Domain
The .myshopify.com domain identifies your Shopify store and is commonly used by apps and integrations to connect to the correct Shopify account.
When providing your Shopify domain to Wineshipping, provide the .myshopify.com domain rather than your customer-facing custom domain.
Example:
Use: example-winery.myshopify.com
Do not use: www.examplewinery.com
