How to Create a Replacement Order

A Replacement Order is a new shipment created to send new bottles of wine to a customer when:

  • An order was damaged in transit

  • An order was lost

  • Product quality issues require reshipment

  • A courtesy resend is approved

A Replacement Order creates a new order record in the Awesome Client Portal (ACP).

Replacements can be created:

  • Through your POS system (zero dollar order), or

  • Directly in ACP

This guide explains how to create a Replacement Order in ACP for a single order or multiple orders.

Replacement Orders follow the standard fulfillment workflow, including any applicable Fulfillment Holds, Weather Holds, and containerization rules.
