How to Create a Replacement Order

Replacements are new bottles of wine shipping to a customer that may want another order or its previous order was damaged/lost.

This can be done through your POS system or by creating the order through ACP. This guide will cover how to create a replacement order through ACP for a singular order or multiple orders.
