Deleting a Weather Hold Notification in Premium Tracking

Overview:

With recent updates to the Pre-Shipment Weather Hold Notification process, notifications are now sent on a more structured schedule:

  • Weather hold data is sent to Premium Tracking at 11:00 PM

  • Customer notifications are sent at 10:00 AM the following day

In some cases, a weather hold may be released before the notification is sent.


Purpose of this Guide:

This guide shows you how to manually delete a tracking # (pending notification) in Premium Tracking to prevent customers from receiving an outdated or unnecessary message.


When to Use This:

Use this process if:

  • A weather hold was applied and later released

  • The tracking ID has already been sent to Premium Tracking

  • The notification has not yet been delivered to the customer
