To create a report for other common please follow the filters outlined below and continue with Step 3 and 4 to save the tab and set up the emailed report.

Failed Attempt 1, 2, & 3

To set up a tab based on each failed attempt filter follow these steps:

Add filters button
Events - Failed Attempts
Select the attempt number you wish to create a tab for
Follow step 3 and 4

This should update orders as they continue on their transit.

Exclude Packages for Recipients that Have Been Notified

If you would like to only see new packages that reach the status in your tab then add the filter below to your tab:

Add filters button
General - Tags
Is none of Recipient Contacted

* Please note this filter requires the tag to be previously created. Add the tag to an order by following the Create Tag guide.

Redirected or Redirect Requested Packages

If you would like to create a tab to keep track of packages that have been redirected this is an easy way to ensure the redirect is processed and correct:

Add filters button
Advanced - Special Event
Select rerouted or redelivery scheduled
Add condition - where is in last X days
