Transport Method - WS pick up or Client drop off

Requested Pickup/Drop off date - The date the inventory should be picked up or will be dropped off

Receive to Location - The warehouse it is going to

Inventory Type - Select the inventory tax type that the inventory will be received in (most common is fulfillment (tax paid))

Pick up Reference No - This is important in we are to pick up at a location that requires WS to have a reference number for pick up

Special Instructions - Utilized to provide any additional information that may be required

First Name - Point of contact at the location WS will be picking up at

Last Name - Point of contact at the location WS will be picking up at

Email - Can be the point of contact email or the winery email

Phone - Point of contact phone number or the number of the location WS will be picking up at

Change Location - This feature allows you to auto fill the address in the fields below

Address Information - If WS will be picking up the inventory please include the address information

Add Items - Add the skus and quantities desired
