Inventory Exceptions and Future Reservations

We know that overcounting inventory and soft reservations during weather holds have caused significant frustration. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our opt in Inventory Exceptions and Future Reservations, designed to give you more control and flexibility.

Inventory Exceptions: This feature enables you to adjust inventory reservations by switching the source to ACP. You can now manually reassign reserved stock from one order to a higher-priority backorder, giving you more control over inventory allocation.

Future Reservations: Set aside inventory for special events—like weddings, tastings, or club orders—and release it exactly when needed. No more scrambling for inventory at the last minute.
