Queued Publishing
When an order is released from the Action Center, it moves into Open Orders with a status of Received – Queued Publishing if the requested ship date is more than 14 days away.
Once that requested ship date reaches the 14-day mark, the order will automatically publish to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for processing.
This process ensures that inventory tied to future-dated orders remains available and can be utilized when using the Force Reserve feature.
