Ice Cube Release – ACP Notes

The Ice Cube release is a minor release focused on improving user experience and iterating on our major enhancements that will launch in the early spring.
Here’s what’s new:
⚙️ Bulk Add Order Notes
You can now add notes to many orders at once.
✅ Why it matters: Allows to you to inform your colleagues about important order details that may relate to many orders at once
🐞 Bug Fixes & Small Updates
Small Update:
📝 Update the view editing and deletion flows for bundle creation – minor enhancements to improve the editing experience
Remove the Create JIT Item option - this question caused confusion for users and this distinction will now be made automatically by Wineshipping
Bug Fixes:
🧾 Redirects stuck in Pending status - Certain tracking updates were causing redirects to get stuck in Pending status
🧾 Warehouse Flips not recorded in history event – changing warehouses was not being recorded in order event history
🚫 Close Button not working on User Management page - certain Users could not use the Close button on the User Management page
⚙️ Major Update In-Progress
Wineshipping is working on a major update for the early spring.
This release will include:
Special Handling Instructions
These instructions allow you to use Rules Engine to order Wineshipping to provide a wide variety of value added services including Gift Boxing, Bottle Wrapping, Bottle Labeling and Printing on Custom Card Stick for Gift Notes.
Further Rules Engine Enhancements
As part of special handling we will also include further refinements to Rule Center to make it even easier to automate your order management.
