Cloud Dancer release - June 12th, 2026
The June 12 ACP release introduces delivery date scheduling for Sidekick DTT orders, hourly WMS-to-ACP order synchronization, and improved item search filtering based on the selected shipping site. It also adds JIT Service Type and Transport Method visibility across order grids, expands supported bottle units of measure, and introduces more detailed item status management with new bulk actions and order exceptions.
Sidekick orders
Delivery Dates logic
Sidekick DTT orders now support delivery date scheduling. ACP calculates available delivery dates based on the recipient's zip code and displays them in three sections: earliest delivery date (with expedited option when applicable), other 3 upcoming delivery days, and a calendar for manual date selection. Key details:
Standard delivery is available when an order is placed by 11:00 AM PT on the preceding business day.
Expedited delivery is offered when orders are placed after the standard cutoff but within 30 minutes of the next-day order cutoff (zip-code dependent).
Orders are automatically published 1 business day before the selected delivery date (weekends excluded). If less than 1 business day remains, the order publishes immediately.
A warning is displayed when a user selects a date outside the guaranteed delivery days.

Order flow updates
Syncing updates from WMS (Warehouse Management System)
A new synchronization process has been added to keep ACP sales orders up to date with changes made on the WMS side after an order has been published.
How it works:
A scheduled job runs every hour, pulling recently updated records from the gold table (covering the previous 12 hours of updates).
Only records with meaningful changes (beyond timestamp updates) are saved.
Orders that cannot be matched by sales order number in ACP are skipped.
Synced values: Carrier and Carrier Service, Warehouse code, JIT Service Type
Note: a history event will be added later to make any changes that were synced from WMS visible to users in order history.
Warehouse Filter Auto-Match for Non-DTC Sales Orders
We've improved the item autocomplete experience across non-DTC sales order types (DTT, Wholesale, and RTW) by automatically syncing the warehouse filter with the selected Shipping Site.
When users selects a Shipping Site (or Site for RTW orders), the warehouse filter in the item autocomplete now automatically populates with the corresponding warehouse. This ensures users see only relevant items by default.

JIT
JIT Service Type and Transport Method added to the grid
Two new columns have been added to the order grids across Action Center, Open Orders, and Order History to provide better visibility into JIT order details: Service Type (Full-Service, Pre-Pack), Transport Method (Wineshipping Pickup, Drop-off).
These columns appear after Contact Info and before JIT Label Status. For non-JIT orders, both columns display "–".
When JIT is enabled in Account Preferences, the Service Type and Transport Method columns are visible on all grids. When JIT is disabled in Account Preferences, these columns are hidden.

Item Updates
New unit of measures are supported for items
New 27000 ml and 15000 ml UoMs are now supported across ACP for the Bottle item type and can be used for item creation.

New item statuses
Item status has been split into two separate fields - ACP Item Status and Physical Inventory Item Status - giving users more granular control over item lifecycle management across ACP and the warehouse system.
ACP Item Status can be either Active or Inactive:
Active items are visible in item search components across ACP and are returned in the GetSellable endpoint response
Inactive items are hidden in item search components across ACP and add an exception on the order if the order is created with Inactive items.
Physical Inventory Item Status represent the status of the item at the warehouse:
Not Stored - the item hasn’t been sent to the warehouse yet.
Pending - the item is being reviewed in warehouse
Available - the item is stored at the warehouse.
Exception - the item has some issues that prevent it from being used for fulfillment.
Retired - the item has been removed from inventory.

Two new bulk actions have been added on the Manage Items page:
Deactivate Item: changes the ACP Item Status to Inactive.
Reactive Item: changes the ACP Item Status to Active.
A bulk action to deactivate an item

We removed the Status column for Virtual Items - users can simply delete virtual items they no longer need.

The Virtual Items page now has a “Delete” option. The ‘Status’ value has been removed.
New exceptions related to item statuses are now available for orders:
Item Exception (Invalid Item) - appears on the sales order if there’s an item with the
Physical Inventory Item Status=Exception.Item Exception (Inactive Item) - appears on the sales order if there’s an item with the
ACP Item Status=Inactive.Item Exception (Retired Item) - appears on the sales order (except for JIT orders) if there’s an item with the
Physical Inventory Item Status=Retired.Item Exception (Not Stored Item) - appears on the order (except for JIT orders) if there’s an item with the
Physical Inventory Item Status=Not Stored.
