Exciting updates to our Weather Hold process are here! We heard your feedback last year about Temperature Control Weather Holds. This year we're enhancing accuracy and safety to ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition. Here's what's new:

Smarter Ship Date Weather Checks: Orders will now be placed on weather hold based on weather conditions forecasted specifically for their requested ship date. This means an order might go onto weather hold even after being on fulfillment hold for some time if it is future dated.
Weather Recheck: If a weather hold is removed from an order and the recipient's state or requested ship date changes, we'll recheck the weather to ensure conditions remain safe.
City-Level Precision: We're stepping up our accuracy for dynamic Temperature Ranges by checking weather conditions for the recipient’s city, rather than general state capital temperatures. The main page temperature will still remain the state capital high and low for the following day.

These enhancements mean your orders will be protected by the most accurate weather information available, ensuring a smooth delivery every time!
