Break down orders that are on hold in the Wineshipping warehouse management system

Inventory hold, CSR hold, Winery hold, Credit hold, and License hold

The settings allow you to select the:

Account: It will auto populate for the account you are under. If you have access to multiple accounts you can select multiple customers to view at once.

Warehouse: Select All/leave blank or just the warehouse you would like to isolate

Destination: Select All/leave blank or just the destination you would like to isolate

Hold Type: Select All/leave blank or just the specific hold reason you would like to isolate

CSR
Inventory
License
Weather
Winery

Order Number: If you would like to isolate specific order numbers or leave blank if you want to see all.

Item Number: If you would like to isolate specific item numbers or leave blank if you want to see all.

Filter by Requested Ship Date: If you would like to isolate specific requested ship date range or leave blank if you want to see all.

Only show items on backorder: When you check this box it will only show items that are on backorder for that item.

There are 2 columns that identify unreserved items
- Incoming reserved: items that have an open PO and will soon reserve to ship
- Backorder: items that do not have an open PO and will not ship unless the item is removed from the order or inventory is brought into the warehouse.

Once you have filtered based on your needs click View Report to see the details below. If you would like to export the report click Export.
