March 2023 ACP Release Notes

What’s new 

Redirects 

  • Request a redirect for an address change, return, delay delivery, FedEx Hold At Locations and UPS Access Points on any orders with the status of Shipped or In Progress. 

  •  View requested redirects within the new tab Redirects. 

Return Statuses 

  • When a return carrier scan is detected, the order status now automatically updates to Returning until a carrier scan indicates the package has been delivered to the sender. The order status will automatically be updated to Returned. These statuses will also be accurately reflected in the Order History

Needs Action Status Filter 

  • In the Action Center you are now able to filter by specific Needs Action status under the status filter. 

Exception SKUs 

  • When selecting orders that have an item exception in Action Center, the common SKU that has caused the exception will now be highlighted for ease in swapping. 

Expected Ship Date on the Open Orders page 

  • On the Open Orders page, the Expected Ship Dates have been updated to reflect a more accurate status. 

  • On Hold orders will have an expected ship date of Unknown since we are unable to determine when the hold will be lifted. Once that status is updated, the Estimated Ship Date will also update. 

Fixes 

We made fixes in the following areas: history section, order edit and timeout error on the Open Orders page, time zone issue, export on the PI page, 500 for merge orders, and notifications settings.
