New Pickup Carrier Services Available in the ACP User Interface
Several new Pickup carrier services have been added to the ACP front-end. Users will now see these additional service levels as selectable options when configuring shipping their orders.
Clearer Weather Hold Descriptions in Order History
Weather hold events in order history now include plain-language descriptions, so it's easy to understand when and why an order was held due to weather.
New Bottle Count Condition in the Rule Center
Users can now create rules in the Rule Center based on the number of bottles in an order, allowing for more flexible automation tailored to order size.
JIT Orders Sent to D365 After Label Print
When a JIT label is printed, the order is now automatically published to D365, reducing manual steps and keeping systems in sync.
Improved Handling of Physical Bundle Exceptions
The physical bundle exception has been updated to correctly handle duplicate items when different bundle types appear on the same order, leading to more accurate order processing.
Resolved Issues
Fix – Carrier and Service Now Display Correctly in Orders Grid: An issue where carrier and service values weren't appearing in the Orders grid due to extra spaces from the API has been fixed.
Fix – Resolved Order Processing Error: A backend error affecting some order processing has been fixed, improving overall reliability.
Fix – Account Switching from Packing Slip Customization Settings: Switching to a different account from the packing slip customization settings now works correctly.
