Merge Two Orders
This guide explains how to merge two orders into a single order in ACP.
When merging:
Only two orders can be merged at a time.
One order will remain active (main order).
The second order will be canceled.
All selected items will move into the main order.
If more than two orders need to be merged, complete the process in stages.
Before You Begin
Both orders must be in an editable status.
Needs Action
Fulfillment Hold
Weather Hold
Received – Queued Publishing
Received – Published
Both orders must appear on the same page
Best Practice: Ensure both orders can be found in the Action Center by putting any order in a Received status on Fulfillment Hold
