Claims will be filed via ACP using the Submit a Claim feature in each order. This feature will redirect you to fill out a form with the information necessary to file a claim. Once the form is submitted it will be sent to Wineshipping claims department to be submitted with the carrier. Once the claim has been submitted it will be visible on the claims page in Premium Tracking.

What We'll Do:

File a Damage Claim: Our team will file a claim directly with the carrier on your behalf. We'll document the condition of the shipment and submit any necessary photos to ensure a smooth resolution.
Track the Claim: We'll closely monitor the claim's progress and keep you updated. Once the claim is resolved, you can expect a credit to be applied to your future billing statement. You can keep an eye on the claims through Premium Tracking protection.
Dispute Denied Claim: If the carrier denies a claim Wineshipping will preview the denial reason and dispute if applicable.

Important Next Steps:

Retain Packaging: Please ask the recipient of the damaged merchandise to keep the original packaging for at least 10 business days. This may be needed for a carrier inspection. Photos showing all sides of the shipping box, inside the box and the damaged items are also helpful.
Availability for Inspection: During this 10-day period, the carrier might contact the recipient to arrange a pickup for inspection or conduct a phone interview.
After 10 Days: Following the 10-day window, the recipient can choose to keep or discard the damaged items.
Lost Package Search: It can take up to 8 business days for the carrier to do a package search.

Please allow the portal up to 48 hours to reflect initial claim status updates and up to 30 days for a resolution.
