The claims page will provide you with a view of all packages that have claims coverage. Wineshipping places a $100 minimum claim coverage for every package. If you add additional insurance on packages that will be reflected in the coverage amount column.

Each tab on the top will filter your claims based on claim status:

All: All claims
Inactive: When a coverage is created without a tracking number, its status is set to 'Inactive'
Active: Packages packed and waiting for the carrier or currently tracking with the carrier
Claimed: Packages with a claim filed
Expired: Delivered packages
Void: If a customer pays for an order with Protection but wishes to refund the entire order or only the Protection service before shipment, the coverage status becomes 'Void'. AfterShip Protection will not charge premiums for coverages in this status. The Protection product can be refunded through the E-commerce platform, and the coverage status will be marked as 'Void'.

Search: Search by order number or tracking number

Create date: Filter by date range when the package was created

Status: Filter by package status

Provider: Filter by Standard claim or Premium claim
