This release brings client-requested improvements focused on smarter automation, better visibility, and smoother day-to-day management. Each feature was designed to simplify your workflow and give you more control (and time) back.

⚙️ Rule Center – Custom Exception
Brands often need to pause orders in the Action Center for specific reasons — waiting on details, approvals, or customer requests.
Until now, the workaround was Fulfillment Hold, but as that became part of daily operations, it was harder to tell which holds truly needed action.
Now, with the Custom Exception Action, you can build your own exception logic directly in the Rule Center. 🚦
ACP will automatically flag and stop orders that meet your defined conditions — no more manual sorting or guesswork.
✅ Why it matters: You can finally stop the right orders for the right reasons. Custom exceptions make it easier to prioritize what really needs your attention, so your team can move faster and with more confidence.

🧠 Rule Center – Action Center Instructions (formerly Special Instructions)
The Special Instructions field has a new name — Action Center Instructions — and it’s now permanently visible for all clients.
You can now use Rule Center conditions to trigger actions when certain words or phrases appear in the Action Center Instructions field — creating faster, more dynamic workflows.
Example triggers:
Action Center Instructions: Add ice
Action Center Instructions: Ship with Spring club
Customer identified when they would like the club shipped
⚠️ Note: This field is not visible to our warehouse and will not trigger warehouse action. It’s purely for your team’s notes, coordination, and automation setup.
✅ Why it matters: You now have a dedicated space for automation-friendly notes. That means fewer manual steps, fewer missed details, and a flexible way to let ACP handle the little things automatically.

🪪 Validation for Mississippi Permits
Mississippi DTC shipping is officially live, and ACP now helps you stay compliant automatically.
ACP validates all Mississippi permit numbers to ensure accuracy before shipping.
❗ Required format: 6 digits, starting with 0 (example: 046332)
✅ Why it matters: No more invalid data or manual corrections. This safeguard ensures your orders stay compliant and ship smoothly without delays or back-and-forth follow-ups.

When you hover over any date field in ACP, you’ll now see the year displayed. 🎉
