Order Confirmation Notification

The Order Confirmation Notification provides order details necessary to schedule a pickup appointment through OpenDock.

This notification applies to:

• Wholesale Orders

• Inventory Pickup Orders

• Direct to Trade

It helps transportation providers arrange freight and ensure warehouse coordination.

OpenDock Requirement

All Wineshipping warehouses require an OpenDock appointment for:

• Orders containing 11 or more cases

Appointments are encouraged (but not required) for:

• Orders containing 10 cases or fewer

OpenDock scheduling is separate from ACP notifications.
