Order Import Error β Temporary System Error
A temporary system error can prevent an order from importing into ACP or an inventory update from syncing to Commerce7.
The error message may vary. Common examples include:
The system is unable to process this request temporarily
Exceeded API Rate Limit. Please slow down.
Request failed with status code 504
504.0 Gateway Timeout
A technical error message, such as a database constraint error or an HTML error response
These errors are caused by a temporary issue with Wineshipping, Commerce7, or another connected system. The Wineshipping Integration will automatically try the request again during its next processing attempt.
What Does This Mean?
The affected order or inventory update was not completed during the initial attempt.
In most cases, the integration automatically retries the request and completes the import or inventory update without any action from you.
How to Resolve Temporary System Errors
Resolution:
No action is required.
Allow the integration time to retry the request. Do not force submit the order or make changes solely because of this error notification.
If the order has not imported into ACP, or the inventory update has not completed after the next scheduled integration attempt, contact service@wineshipping.com for assistance.
