Order Import Failure - Shipping Address is Missing

The Wineshipping Shopify Integration requires a shipping address to create a shipping order in ACP.

If Shopify sends an order without a shipping address, the order cannot transmit into ACP and generates the following error:

Shipping address is missing

What Does This Error Mean?

The Shopify order does not contain the delivery address needed to ship the order.

This most commonly occurs when an order is created manually in Shopify and the shipping address step is skipped.
