This guide explains the order statuses you may see in ACP and what each status means.
Needs Action
The order contains an exception that must be resolved before fulfillment.
The order will not publish or ship until the issue is corrected.

Fulfillment Hold
The order has been placed on hold:
Manually by a user
Automatically through Fulfillment Preferences
The hold must be released before the order can proceed.

Weather Hold
The order has been placed on hold due to Temperature Control settings for the destination state.
The hold must be released before fulfillment.

Received
The order has sufficient inventory and is eligible to move through fulfillment.
This status includes two phases:
Queued Publishing – The Requested Ship Date is more than 14 days away and the order is waiting to publish to the warehouse management system (D365).
Published – The Requested Ship Date is within 14 days and the order has been sent to D365 for processing.


In Progress
The order is actively moving through warehouse processing.
Stages may include:
Preparing to Pack – Closed for editing and staged for processing
Packing – Being worked by the warehouse
Packed – Completed and awaiting carrier pickup
Departed Warehouse - Warehouse work has been completed and carrier has picked up the package

Shipped
The carrier has scanned the package and taken possession.

Delivered
The carrier has marked the package as delivered.

Return
The carrier has marked the package for return to sender.

Canceled
The order was canceled by a user or integration.
