In Progress: Once the order is close to the RSD then the order will release in our system and be processed for the warehouse to pack

Preparing to Pack - Orders closed for editing but not yet processed for the warehouse to begin work
Packing - Orders that are being worked by the warehouse
Packed - Orders that have been packed and are waiting for carrier pickup

Canceled: The order was canceled

Shipped: The carrier has scanned the package into their possession

Delivered: The carrier has scanned the package as delivered

Return: The carrier has scanned the package to be returned to the sender
