DTT Optimization
Wineshipping and Sidekick will be partnering to launch a whole new kind of Direct-To-Trade Service in California. It will have the same feel as our DTC service, giving your DTT customers real-time shipping and delivery updates, delivery photos and documents, as well as a world-class SLA.
JIT Enhancements
We aim to take JIT to the next level by adding significantly better tools to scale the printing and labelling of packages along with dynamic transportation visibility and features to increase the ease at which your packages are gathered for final shipment.
Special Handling
Special Handling in ACP will allow you to add Value-Added-Services OnDemand to your orders. This includes gift and box packing as well many other VAS services that you can use to enhance the consumer experience which can be fulfilled by WS as needed.
