Special Handling Exceptions: no box SKU, incompatible bottle size, exceeded volume
To prevent fulfillment delays and packaging mismatches at the warehouse, ACP now validates special handling orders and flags incompatible packaging or order configurations before processing.
Key Enhancements:
Item Grouping: Items in an order with Special Handling are automatically grouped (by physical bundles and standalone/virtual items) for targeted packaging validation.
New Special Handling Exceptions:
Missing Box Packaging Item: Flags orders configured for Woodbox or Giftbox packing that lack an associated box merchandise SKU.

Multiple Box Packaging Items: Flags groups with more than one box SKU or box quantities greater than 1.
Box-Incompatible Items: Alerts when the wine bottle count or unit of measure (UOM) does not match the capacity of the selected box packaging SKU.
Wine Volume Exceeded: Flags packaging groups where total wine volume exceeds the 9-liter limit (for Woodbox, Giftbox, or Ribbon Box Wrapping).

Action Center & Export Updates: New exceptions can be filtered in the Status dropdown and are included in Action Center order exports under the Latest Event column.
Special Handling Exception (Incompatible Items) UOMs other than 750
Added a new Special Handling Exception (Incompatible Items) for orders with Bottle Bagging containing wine items with UoMs other than 750 mL. To ensure Bottle Bagging is only applied to standard 750 mL bottles, flagging incompatible bottle sizes before orders proceed to fulfillment.

Special handling options to physical bundles
Added a Special Handling configuration step to the Physical Bundle creation and edit flows (replacing Assembly and Packaging). Users can now select Box Packing options (Woodbox, Giftbox) and Other options (Bottle Bagging, Bottle Labeling, Item Polishing, Ribbon Bottle Wrapping), backed by real-time item compatibility, bottle volume, and packaging validation rules.
This task also included, updated logic to support the new Special Handling options (Box Packing and Other options) for physical bundles. In addition, performed a data migration to transition existing bundles: bundles without assembly required were converted to Virtual bundles, while bundles with assembly required were updated to Physical bundles with Giftbox Packing handling.

Enhance ACP Items to include information for Box Packing
Added support for configuring Box Packaging properties on Merchandise items across Create, Edit, and View flows. Users can now enable a toggle to define packaging specifications, including Box Type (Gift Box or Wood Box), Bottle Quantity in the Box, and single-bottle Unit of Measure (UoM) up to 9L, to align with Special Handling box packing rules across ACP.

Retrieve BOL/invoice bundle documents for Sidekick orders
Added retrieval and display of Bill of Lading (BOL) documents for completed Sidekick DTT orders. When an order is completed in Sidekick, ACP fetches and stores the document as a “Bill of Lading” file in the order documents section alongside the Proof of Delivery (POD) and delivery photos.

List Tickets per Client Number in ACP
Added a new Tickets page under the Reports & Insights section in ACP, allowing users to view all Zoho Desk service tickets associated with their client account in a centralized table. The grid provides key details including Ticket # (with copy-to-clipboard), Subject, Status, Priority, Requestor, and timestamps, with direct Zoho Desk redirection links available for WS Admins. This also includes sorting and filtering capabilities. Users can now easily filter support tickets by Status and Priority, see real-time ticket counts for each category, and sort tickets by Created Date or Last Updated Date to quickly locate relevant requests.
