The Shipment History page is located in the Shipments tile.

This page displays shipment-level information after Wineshipping has handed the package to the carrier.

Shipment History provides visibility into:

  • Carrier scans

  • Tracking details

  • Shipment dates

  • Warehouse processing location

  • Premium Tracking status


When to Use Shipment History

Use Shipment History when:

  • An order has already shipped.

  • You need to view carrier movement.

  • You need to confirm delivery status.

  • You are requesting a redirect.

  • You are monitoring returns or damage.

For pre-shipment order management, use the Action Center or Open Orders pages.


Search and Filter Options

Search

  • Search by order number.

  • Search by tracking number.

  • Configure search settings to locate multiple orders.

Export

  • Apply filters.

  • Export results to Excel.

Filter by Package Status

  • Filter by Premium Tracking package status.

Filter by Channel

  • Filter by order channel (Retail, Club, JIT, DTT, etc.).

Filter by Carrier / Service

  • Filter by carrier and/or service level.

Filter by Location

  • Filter by Wineshipping warehouse location.


Additional Filters

Select Add Filters to access more variables:

Actual Shipment Date

  • Date the carrier scanned the package.

Warehouse Input Date

  • Expected pack date.

Ice Pack

  • Identify shipments containing ice packs.

Orders Returned

  • Identify returned shipments.

Orders Damaged

  • Identify damaged shipments.


Rows Per Page

Adjust the number of rows displayed:

  • 10

  • 25

  • 50

  • 100


Premium Tracking Access

Premium Tracking can be accessed:

  • From the button at the top left of Shipment History.

  • From the Track Packages page.

Premium Tracking provides deeper carrier event visibility and protection tools.
