Shopify App Settings Reference

The Shopify App Settings Reference explains the purpose, behavior, and recommended use of each setting available within the Wineshipping Shopify integration.

Use this guide to understand how individual settings affect Order Import, Inventory Sync, fulfillment updates, tracking, and specialized Shopify workflows. Each section explains what the setting does, when it should be used, and any important requirements or limitations to consider before enabling it.

Not every setting is required for every Shopify implementation. Some settings support standard workflows used by most brands, while others are intended for specialized business requirements or advanced fulfillment scenarios. Review each setting based on the brand's Shopify configuration and operational needs.

Navigating the Shopify App

The Wineshipping Shopify App is organized into three tabs that allow you to configure the integration and monitor synchronization activity.

Settings

The Settings tab contains the configuration options that control how Shopify communicates with ACP.

Order Logs

The Order Logs tab provides a history of order activity processed by the Wineshipping Shopify App.

Use this tab to verify that Shopify orders are successfully transmitting between Shopify and ACP and to help troubleshoot order-processing issues.

For each order, the logs can provide visibility into activity such as:

  • Orders created in ACP

  • Orders updated in ACP

  • Fulfillment and tracking activity

  • Orders that failed or were skipped during processing

Order Logs are one of the primary troubleshooting tools when determining whether a Shopify order was received and successfully processed by the integration.

Inventory Logs

The Inventory Logs tab records inventory synchronization activity performed by the Wineshipping Shopify App.

Each synchronization log provides visibility into information such as:

  • When the inventory synchronization occurred

  • How many SKUs were processed or updated during the synchronization

Inventory Logs help confirm that inventory synchronization between ACP and Shopify is running successfully and provide visibility into each inventory update cycle.
